 ll be cash\, good check with valid ID\, and card. There is a 3
 % convenience fee to use card. When registering to bid onlin
 e\, your credit card will be verified for $100 in order to re
 gister and bid on items online. Auction company does not kee
 p the verified $100. It is to ensure that there are proper f
 unds available for purchasing. If you win and item on this s
 aid auction your card will be automatically charged by 12pm 
 January 18th. If you would like to use a different payment m
 ethod you will have to contact us before 12pm January 18th.
  Preview will be by appointment only. Please make arrangemen
 ts with us if you would like to view an item. Pick up will 
 be January 18th and 19th 9am-5pm. All items must be picked
  up by January 25th arrangements must be made by then. If y
 ou need other arrangements please verify this with us. If it
 ems have not been picked up within the 1st week after the au
 ction has ended and there have been no other arrangements ma
 de\, those items not picked up will be assumed forfeited and 
 be resold. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR FORFEITED ITEMS. We a
