Terms: 15% Buyers Premium. All items will be sold as- is, where- is without warranty or guarantee. Auction company will not be responsible for any representation or warranties made by the seller. Acceptable payment methods will be cash, good check with valid ID, and card. There is a 3% convenience fee to use card. When registering to bid online, your credit card will be verified for $100 in order to register and bid on items online. Auction company does not keep the verified $100. It is to ensure that there are proper funds available for purchasing. If you win and item on this said auction your card will be automatically charged by 12pm March 26th. If you would like to use a different payment method you will have to contact us before 12pm March 26th. Preview will be by appointment only. Please make arrangements with us if you would like to view an item. Pick up will be March 26, 27, 28 - 9am-5pm. All items must be picked up by April 1st arrangements must be made by then. If you need other arrangements please verify this with us. If items have not been picked up within the 1st week after the auction has ended and there have been no other arrangements made, those items not picked up will be assumed forfeited and be resold. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR FORFEITED ITEMS. We are not responsible for fire, theft, personal injury or damage. All bids are final.
