TERMS: 15% Buyers Premium. All item will be sold as- is where is without warranty or guarantee. Auction company will not be responsible for any representation or warranties made by the seller. Acceptable payment methods will be wire transfer, cash, good check, with valid ID, and credit card. There is a 3% convenience fee to use card. When registering to bid online, your credit card will be verified for $100 in order to register and bid on items online. Auction company does not keep the verified $100. It is to ensure that there are proper funds available. If you win an item on this said auction your card will be automatically charged by 12pm November 29. If you would like to use a different payment method you will have to contact us before 12pm November 29. Preview will be by appointment only. Please make arrangements with Maranda if you would like to view an item. Pick up must be arranged by appointment only. Shipping will be available upon buyer request and will be paid buy the buyer. All items must be picked up by December 2 or shipping arrangements must be made by then. If you need other arrangements please verify this with us. If items have not been picked up within the 1 week after auction has ended and there have been no other arrangements made, those items not picked up will be assumed forfeited and be resold. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR FORFEITED ITEMS. We are not responsible for fire, theft, personal injury or damage. All bids are final.
